Revgan
Revgan is a restaurant inside the Anadolu Hamidiye Bastion on the shore of the Dardanelles in Çanakkale. It opens with breakfast and serves lunch and dinner until midnight.
The place
A large wood-ceilinged dining room, a fireplace corner for winter, a glass terrace facing the sea and garden tables on the water. Plants throughout, with sculptures and artworks. Across the strait you see Kilitbahir and the Gallipoli peninsula.
The kitchen
Turkish cooking: Ezine and çeçil cheese, homemade Çanakkale pepper paste and jams, warm pişi and börek for breakfast; grilled and casserole red meat, kebabs, hot starters, pide and desserts for lunch and dinner.
The team
The breakfast, kitchen and service team welcome guests every day from 08:00 until midnight.
